Alrista Forte Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Epalrestat,Methylcobalamin and Pregabalin which treat diabetic nerve disease. Epalrestatan aldose reductase inhibitor. It blocks the accumulation of sorbitol in cells,which causes diabetic nerve disease. Methylcobalamin is a form of vitamin Bwhich help in the production of myelin, a substance that protects nerve fibersand rejuvenates damaged nerve cells.
